We pass registers in person in our Sunday services. This is a way for you to connect with the church, let us know you're here, and how we can be praying for you. We'd love for you to fill this out every Sunday you are with us - online or in person.

If we already have your information, you may only fill out the required (*) fields but please add names of all who attended under "household members".
